We had a wonderful stay at Carathotel! The receptionist, Irak, was incredibly helpful and kind, providing us with useful information about getting around the city. The hotel's location is perfect, with convenient access to the bus stop just a 2-minute walk away. The breakfast selection was impressive, with plenty of choices, and the staff member serving was exceptionally friendly. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be coming back in the future.

I have to mention that my stay at Carathotel Wien City Park was purely for transit during my travel. The location of the hotel was very convenient as it was only 4 km away from Wien Westbahnhof, which made it easy for me to continue my journey. it was great to know that the Vienna International Airport was only 25 km away, saving me time and hassle.
I encountered a minor inconvenience during my stay. There was a slight issue with the availability of warm water in the evening, which was a bit unexpected.

Our room at Carathotel Wien City Park was incredibly spacious and comfortable, thanks to the previous ownership by Hilton. The breakfast options were great, and as a vegan, I was delighted to find plenty of vegan-friendly choices. The location was convenient, with a small mall nearby and a beautiful park just a short walk away. The staff was friendly and helpful, and even though we had a few hiccups with the reception being unorganized, their politeness made up for it. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its amenities and value.
The location, which required a 30-minute trip to the city center for activities. , there were a few issues with housekeeping, as our room was not cleaned regularly and we had to ask for towels and bed covers.
